Selling Online
No Money, just a product to sell!!!
Client Request: I have a fantastic new product, and all of the accessories that go with that product. I have no money but want to sell my items online. I need a large website to display and sell my product.
Lynny says: Buy a website domain so you can use the website name and email address for display when you advertise. Have Canz park the domain (Cost: $100 per year). Sell your products with online auctions, use the proceeds to pay for the items on your design wish list.
End result: Clients products sold like hot cakes at the auctions. Canz Design started receiving orders (and payments) for the work she wanted done. Two months later our client decided that her original idea of a large website was not really what she needed.
We designed a 3 page web site that displayed products, product prices, contact details and a link to her auctions. The money she saved paid for a logo, a design to have displayed on her vehicle and 3 t-shirt designs to advertise her product.
3 years later, this client now has a website selling 60 different products, and a nice professional website with an online store, she has just sold the business and is about to start on a new project with CANZ Designs Design Department, and SEO Services.
Client Request: I have 500 gemstones I have been selling on Ebay until now I would like a website, which I can update myself .
Lynny says: I suggest you use our Search Engine Friendly Content Management Website.
I’d suggest you have our designer design the first few pages, especially the home page and build the initial skin or look of the site, and then you can load up the gemstones yourself, you can also build new web pages as you have the time.
1 year later: There are now over 800 gemstones for sale on the site. The client is so busy selling gemstones through her website she doesn’t have the time to make changes to the website, so our graphic design guru makes changes, and the SEO make sure the seo is the best it can be.
